[V0.0.7] Higher speeds, Elevated Towers, Lower Temperatures
Update 0.0.7 is live and I have added more content to the game. Some of these content and changes came from the feedback of the play testers and I hope that these changes make the game a little better for everyone.
I promised myself that I would deliver the first multi-node tower but it's still very finicky and I will continue to iron out all the creases until it works a lot more seamlessly than it's current state.
Q: Will there be a progression system such as levels and experience?
A: No.
When creating this game, I made it clear to myself that you would be able to identify someone who has experience in the game apart from the beginner by techniques. This may not be the best game design choice but it's a choice I will stick until it really pushes me to re-evaluate.
Changes:
- New Towers!
- Cryosis
- Portable Guardian
- New Enemies!
- Yellow/Pink Speedsters - tougher variants of the blue unit
- Fortified Units - tougher variant of the grey unit
- Tough Summoning Boss
- Fortified Summoning Boss
- Misc
- Armor/Armor Piercing
- Changed fonts for some text
- Increases wave cap to 25
- Added a new status effect for [Cryosis] called Slow/Freezing
- Towers now have a description when hovering over them in the main menu
- Tower inspection dialogue is now descriptive about the next upgrade.
- See through material
- this material allows you to see units and towers behind obstructions. Red for enemies, blue for allies
