[V0.0.6] Leaderboard Fixes, Scout Tower Rework, Biome Changer

Here's a small update.

Biome Changing
Yes, I added different themes/biomes for the map generator. This is for replayability and figuring out what designs work and don't. I will also do updates that have a new enemy and a new theme that go together for a bit more synchronized update.

Leader Boards
- Reversed the list of the tower count leader board to better reflect its purpose
- Still having trouble figuring out the 'Double List' effect.

The tower changes stated below were made in light of the response given and the new towers and enemies coming to the game. As of right now, the primary strategy to beat the game is to place down many mercenaries as they deal the highest damage and shoot quickly. I plan to diffuse this strategy and allow for different kinds to pop up.

Scout Tower
The scout tower is an early game tower that falls into the all-rounder category. It has good range, good damage and good fire rate.
That was my intention with the Scout Tower but it felt more like a budget sniper to me. Dealing high damage to a specific target and upgrading him to deal even more damage and shoot even faster at one target, making it lean more towards the 'damage dealing' category. So I reworked him to fit better in the 'all-rounder' category by giving him a shotgun pellets. This should make him feel more like a tower that can do a lot but minimally rather than a tower that just deals damage.

Rifler Tower
Currently, Rifler has no place in the most effective strategy. Sure he shoots the fastest but sacrifices in damage. Torch and Mercenary all do what Rifler does best but better.  Sure it is slightly cheaper than the rest but you would need a lot more Riflers to really deal damage in the game. So, I increased his base fire rate and increased it's final upgrade damage. I smoothed out the power levels between the upgrades so it should feel a bit more linear.
